Purpose of processing
According to the General Data Protection Regulation all data subjects have the right to the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, if the data subject considers that the processing of her personal data is an infringement of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data subject can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for example when the controller does not fulfill the rights of the data subject.
Reporting a fault to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman
The form for Report of Fault in Personal Data Processing is available in the Turvalomake secure form service of the Government ICT Centre Valtori.
The form is filled in and sent securely to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman. When the declaration you have sent has been received at the registry of the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, you will receive a message from the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
You can also use the form to file an anonymous notification. If you wish to do so, you can leave the contact detail fields blank. Please note that we will not be able to contact you about any decision made in the matter if you file the notification anonymously.
