Purpose of processing

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, all data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, if the data subject considers that the processing of her personal data is an infringement of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data subject can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for example when the controller does not fulfill the rights of the data subject.

Sending a request to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman

The form for requesting an order concerning the rights of the data subject is available in the Turvalomake secure form service of the Government ICT Centre Valtori. The form is filled in and sent securely to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

When the request you have sent has been received at the registry of the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, you will receive a message from the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
