23.1.2026 | Europeiska dataskyddsstyrelsen har gett en rapport om hur dataskyddsdirektivet fungerar och tillämpas som stöd för Europeiska kommissionens utvärdering. Dataskyddsstyrelsen har dessutom gett nya rekommendationer för personuppgiftsbiträden om hur BCR-reglerna tillämpas vid internationell dataöverföring.
